EFFECT OF BLACK GRAPE EXTRACT ON CD4+ and CD8+ EXPRESSION IN MICE INFECTED WITH Salmonella typhimurium

Salmonelosis is a disease caused by the Salmonella sp. that causes decrease in CD4+ expression. Black grape can boost immune system through CD4+/CD8+ proliferation. The purpose of this study was to evaluate activity black extract and CD8+ expression mice infected with typhimurium. Research method grapes, typhimurium 108 infection, bacterial evaluation, therapy, flowcytometery examination, 95% Anova test. results test showed not different. Biologically, an increase at doses 100 mg/KgBB. A 200 mg/KgBB 400 Conclusion, biologically, low doses, as well may moderate high doses.
